Davina's interview with stylist Charlotte Broadbent

Tell us about your career at HELLO! Magazine, and how you got into styling? I’ve always felt a serious passion for beauty, fashion and style…my career over the years at Estee Lauder Companies and on luxury brands such as Marc Jacobs and Chloe really cemented that love. 12 years in media & marketing roles inspired me to take on a newly created role at HELLO! Magazine as Fashion and Beauty Director where we re-styled all the fashion and beauty pages, introduced new luxe fashion shoots as well as editing all the latest watches and jewellery trends.  And of course I had my weekly edit of all the must-have style trends, social events to attend and beauty products to trial on...

Davina's visit to Porto

Every few months, I fly out to Porto, Portugal, to visit the family run factory, where our handbags are made. My London Series #1 - Exploring Islington

Welcome to the first of a series of 'My London' posts, where I will be sharing with you some of my favourite parts of London.   Born and bred in Hammersmith, West London, I love to get out and about and explore the rest of what London has to offer.   My first post of the series concentrates on Islington, which lies to the east of Kings Cross, on the edge of the City.   Most visitors tend to stick to the main drag,  and the shops of Upper Street, but turn off the beaten track, and you will find some real gems... Starting on Upper Street, food lovers should head to Ottolenghi: Followed by a visit to jeweller Maya...
