DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Goods will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next business day, Monday.
Please note that orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Milton Keynes (except hats, which are dispatched from our studio in London).
Please note that sometimes it may take a day or two longer to dispatch hats.
HOW WILL MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED?
You will have a choice of options at checkout, and we ship anywhere in the world. Next Business day delivery is available (excludes hats) through our carrier DPD, if your order is placed before 2pm.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (For hats): Free

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund if the order is returned within 14 days. Please note that this excludes Monogrammed/personlised items, which are made to order and therefore non-refundable.
Davina Mulford London will refund the purchaser for the purchase within 14 days of notification of the return, further to the normal quality checks, The refund for cancelled orders includes the full value of the cancelled order, including UK sales taxes, but excluding shipping costs.
In order to do this the item(s) must be in a new and unused condition. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.
