How will my order be delivered?


Handbags and leather accessories are dispatched from our warehouse in Milton Keynes.


Hats are dispatched from our studio in London, and we offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery within to the UK for all hat orders.


Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next business day.   Please note that sometimes it may take a day or two longer to dispatch hats.

Can I return my item if it isn’t right?


Of course.  We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us.  As long as the item is unused and in the same condition as when we sent it, we will be able to offer you a full refund if the item is returned to us within 14 days, minus original delivery costs.  Please note that anything that is made to order, or personalised (eg monogrammed hats) is non-refundable.


Do you offer free returns?

We don’t offer free returns, therefore please make sure that you send your order back to us using a tracked service.  The returns are your responsibility until they reach us.


Who made my hat/bag?

We work with a fantastic family-run factory just outside Porto in Portugal, who produce all our handbags and leather accessories.


We import the handwoven Panamas from Ecuador, and each one is woven by hand (see blog post for the full making process).  We then apply the trims and finishing touches in our studio in London.


Our Felt Fedoras are blocked at one of the oldest hat making factories in the UK, in Luton (the home of millinery).  They are blocked on industrial blocks, which use much more heat than if they were blocked by hand, and this helps ensure that the hats don’t go out of shape.

Can I roll your Panama hats?

No!  Only Panama hats which have a crease down the middle can be rolled - they are woven for this specific purpose.  If you are worried about how to pack your panama hat whilst travelling, we suggest the easiest thing to do is just to wear it through the airport - that way it wont get squashed in your suitcase.

Do you have a shop?

We don’t have a shop - the reason we sell online is to try and keep our prices as competitive as possible.  But if you are not sure about whether our bags or hats will suit you, you can always return items within 14 days of purchase.  *Excludes anything made to order and personalised/monogrammed hats, which are non-refundable*
